Cookie Policy

Breyvi stores only what it needs to work: a sign-in session, the state of a panel, your theme and language, and a copy of your projects and previews so the studio opens fast. None of it is used for advertising, analytics or tracking, and none of it is shared with anyone. Visits are counted on our server without storing or reading anything in your browser; the Privacy Policy explains how.

• sb-…-auth-token (sometimes split into numbered parts) — your sign-in session, set by Supabase when you sign in and removed when you sign out. Without it you could not stay signed in.
• sidebar_state — whether the studio's side panel is open or collapsed. It holds true or false and expires after seven days.

• breyvi.studio.v1 (local storage) — a copy of your projects and the composer's settings, kept in step with your account so the studio opens without waiting for the network.
• breyvi.appearance.v1 (local storage) — your theme and interface language, read before the page is drawn so it does not flash.
• breyvi.media (IndexedDB) — thumbnails and previews of the files you upload, so they appear the moment you pick them.

All three stay on your device and are cleared by Settings → Data or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Breyvi loads no third-party scripts, pixels or tags, and its fonts are served from its own domain. When you pay, you leave Breyvi for Dodo Payments' checkout, and when you sign in with Google or GitHub, for their page; those sites set their own cookies under their own policies.

EU law (article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive) requires consent for storing information in your browser unless it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Everything listed above is strictly necessary in that sense, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner.

When you ask for your free first video, and only then, the page reads a few characteristics of your device once to compute a one-way code, so that one device gets at most two free videos. This is strictly necessary for the free video you asked for, nothing is stored in your browser, and only the code leaves it; the Privacy Policy says what is kept and for how long.

Visits to the site are counted on our server, from the request for a page; nothing is stored in or read from your browser to do it, so the count needs no consent either. If Breyvi ever adds a third-party tag, or stores anything in your browser for analytics, this page will say so and a consent prompt will appear before it loads, not after.

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings. If you block the session cookie you cannot stay signed in; if you block storage, the studio still works but forgets your theme and loads your projects from the network each time.
