Acceptable Use Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you ask Breyvi to make, whether or not you publish it.
A tool that turns a sentence into a finished, plausible video is useful for the same reason it is dangerous: the cost of producing something convincing has gone to almost nothing. The rules below are the ones that follow from that.
1. Do not impersonate real people
Do not use Breyvi to put words in a real person's mouth, to recreate their face or voice, or to depict them doing something they did not do. This holds whether the person is famous or not, and whether or not the result is labelled as generated.
Satire and commentary about public figures are not what this is aimed at. Fabricated footage of a named person saying something they never said is.
2. Do not present fabricated events as real
Do not make video that is meant to be taken as documentary record of something that did not happen: staged news, invented incidents, fake evidence. If a viewer would reasonably read the result as footage of a real event, it may not be of an event you made up.
3. Do not target or harass
Do not make video that attacks a private individual, that reveals someone's personal details, or that incites others to do either. Do not make video that demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
4. Nothing involving children
Do not use Breyvi to make sexual content involving minors, in any form, generated or otherwise. There is no exception to this and no context in which it is permitted.
5. Do not deceive for gain
Do not use Breyvi for fraud: fake endorsements, fabricated testimonials, investment pitches for things that do not exist, or advertising that misrepresents what is being sold. Do not generate reviews of a product as though from customers who never bought it.
6. Do not make instructions for harm
Do not use Breyvi to produce operational guidance for weapons, explosives, biological or chemical agents, or for attacks on infrastructure and computer systems.
7. Respect other people's work
Do not upload material you have no right to use, and do not use Breyvi to reproduce a copyrighted work — a film, a song, a character — in a way its rights holder has not permitted.
8. Do not abuse the service
Do not attempt to circumvent limits or safeguards, to scrape or reverse the studio, to run automated traffic against it outside a published API, or to interfere with anyone else's use of it.
9. Reporting and enforcement
Breaking this policy can cost you access to the studio, with or without notice depending on what happened. Serious cases — anything involving children, credible threats, or fraud at scale — are reported to the relevant authorities.
There is no reporting address published in this build. When one exists it will be named here, and on the help page, rather than assumed.
